I added all the programs in the installer list. Any empty icons can be deleted.
Do not delete all the icons. If you do the plug-in wont work anymore.
(Every program must be installed in the Portableapps folder and in its own folder)
To make new icons portable. make sure you specify icon path and command path. then save setting. After that go to the edit settings. Notepad should open. you will need to change the program paths manually. ( You don't need to change anything else)

I added a BBsound plug-in for those who would like to have sounds when clicking on things. (It is disabled by default)

Background
To change the background, you can change your pictures filename to box.bmp and put it in backgrounds folder or edit the style file you are currently using.
If you want to change the style file edit the line or add it.
rootCommand: bsetroot -full backgrounds\box.bmp (change box.bmp to your file name)
